“They are required only to focus on a change of climate which is attributed directly or indirectly to human activity… In other words, they are not mandated to look at anything natural that affects the climate, only human effects. So if the IPCC found that the climate was not being affected by human alteration of the atmosphere… there would be no need for them to exist.”
