“China is going to own us very soon… and we’re going to be helpless.”
Founder of junkscience.com, Steve Milloy, explains how the West—through its Net Zero commitment to phase out fossil fuels—is becoming utterly dependent on China for its ability to produce energy.
“China has gotten the US and Western Europe, and really all the developed countries hooked on green technology… Solar panels, wind turbines, electric vehicles all depend on China.”
“In the case of EVs in particular, China is the sole producer of the refined graphite that goes into every EV battery. So if China right now was to stop exporting refined graphite, there would be no EV batteries made… How are we going to make them if we don’t have a good relationship with China? If we want to defend Taiwan, for example, how could we do that? Because if we were to act aggressively towards China, or to object to what they’re doing, they’ll just cut off our supply of graphite.”
